Chicken satay served with a Katjan Peanut dressing.
Cumi Cumi Goreng
Marinated Squid, crispy fried and served with lime & chilli.

Beef Rendang
Beef cooked in a spicy coconut milk sauce, with ginger, garlic, limeleaves, & chilli's.
Opor Ayam
Chicken breast in a spicy coconut sauce.
Babi Pandang

Marinaded pork cooked in soya, ginger and garlic.
Asinan.
Salad with cucumber, apple, mango, chineese cabbage and peanut dressing.
Sambal Goreng Kool
Peppered fried white cabbage in light coconut sauce.
Bami Goreng
Wok fried noodles with beansprout, ginger, garlic & soy sauce.

The above are served with the following condiments:
Boiled rice, sambal chilli paste, fried peanuts, prawn crackers, serundeng (coconut
with lime leaves and lemongrass) & soy sauces.
